MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression. MVR is an energy saving technology by reusing its steam energy, to reduce the need of extemal energy.
Its theory is compressing the steam produced by evaporator,increasing ts pressure and temperature,so does the enthalpy of steam. It conveys the steam into heating chamber of the evaporator to be used as heated steam,and keeping the liquid material in boiling condition, the steam would condense into water. In this way, it will take advantage of the secondary steam and reach the goal of energy saving.
In recent years, this technology has been widely used in chemical, medicine, waste water treatment, seawater desalination in abroad. Its working process is to compress the secondary steam to increase is temperature, pressure as well s the enthalpy, then the steam come into the heat ex-changer for heating and condense, to take advantage of the steam's latent heat This technology need fresh steam when starting, it only need to be feed with proper fresh steam during operation (not very large quantity).
1.High intensity steam compressor is made by heavy frame and overall cast iron CNC precision machine. Meanwhile installing another precise positioning link.

2.All the parts are machining by integrated processing center in our company workshop, with much more precise dimensional tolerance. Bearing position and side plate are processing integrated, to ensure accurate position of the bearings.
● Ensure precision, uniform size of all parts to meet all steam compressor operation condition and changes in working conditions.
3.Impeller is made of S304/S316/S316L/2205(duplex stainless steel) etc material, and use high precision four-axis machining. Precise shape and size and fix to the steel shaft permanently
● With special strength and stiffness, impeller operation more stable, fatigue and deviation does not occur even under persistent high load condition
4.Steam compressor using Japan imported NSK or Sweden SKF bearings, its lifespan is around 26000 hours under steam compressor constant running condition. Good maintenance will extend the lifespan.
● Using the best bearing and improve operation lifespan for heavy load application.
5.Steam compressor fix the precision processing timing gears which is made of alloy steel to the shaft permanently. Synchronous gears adopt splash lubrication oil.
● Ensure continuous operation under most severe load condition. High precision and low friction coefficient gears save more energy.Timing synchronization gears still have anti-slip properties.
6.Steam compressor using special double mechanical water seal system,to achieve zero leakage.
● Practice has proved that this sealing system designed entirely trouble-free operation in the application of critical gases.
7.Steam compressor using circulating water lubricating system, which improves the service life of its bearings and gears, and avoids the disadvantages of the traditional lubricating system of using lubricating grease or oil.
● Easy maintenance and observe, avoid the situation that burn off the bearing and gears because of lack of oil .
8.Steam compressor is made of S304/S316/S316L2205(duplex stainless steel) etc material, and it is resistant to cavitation, water erosion, erode.
● Special coating could keep long time usage, and reduce investment cost. If using pure titanium or stainless steel steam compressor, then its cost would be very high.
9.Steam compressor outlet temperature is controlled through inlet nozzle spraying water
● Generate stable saturated steam, and effectively regulate the outlet temperature.
10.Steam compressor all assembling with variable frequency motor which can be adjusted according to actual capacity requirement.
● Variable frequency motor plays good role in the start-stop system.
1.Industrial waste water treatment (zero discharge in environmental protection)
● Industrial waste water's concentrate and water's recycling. For example, in plating, painting producing, medicine and pesticide, metal processing, paper, and crude oil producing industry's waste water treatment.
● Remove the organics and inorganic salt in the waste water.
it's a great problem how to reuse high saline waste water with low cost, but MVR evaporator is the best solving plan for such kind condition.
2.Chemical industry
Waste water treatment from hollow fiber elements production.

3.Medicine industry
