Our HDSR series vacuum pump is developed based on the introduction of RR series fan technology from Japan using our company's countercurrent cooling patent technology. The vacuum pump is used for absorbing high vacuum. Countercurrent cooling is a kind of cooling method that uses low-temperature gas as pre-intake gas, and usually sets the pressure of cooling gas to be equal to the exhaust pressure.
(1) High vacuum pressure roots type blower, much higher than common roots vacuum pumps.
(2) Air cooling, don't need water cooling system even at high vacuum pressure.
(3) Advanced structure design, low vibration and noise level.
