The impellers of the HG three-lobe Roots blower adopt a thin involute profile, and the impeller and shaft are integrally designed with a well-optimized structure. This design offers high efficiency, premium material quality, long service life, low noise, and low vibration.
The blower uses a forced lubrication system and can operate at a pressure rise of up to 98 kPa without water cooling. With its integral structure, the unit is compact in size, requires minimal installation space, and does not need a special foundation — a flat concrete surface is sufficient.
