HDSR three-lobe Roots blower is a new product automatically developed by our company on the basis of the advanced technical characteristics of various types of Roots blower at home and abroad. The development of the product uses advanced CAD laying design and advanced processing technology to ensure the performance of the blower, and has been widely used in the field of national economy: sewage treatment, flour, aquaculture, pneumatic conveying, electric power, cement and other industries. Design and Operation
(1)Lobe Configuration: Unlike the traditional two-lobe design, a three-leaf roots blower has three lobes or vanes. These lobes rotate inside a specially shaped housing to move air or gas. This three-lobe design allows for smoother airflow and can reduce pulsations compared to two-lobe models.
(2)Positive Displacement: Roots blowers operate on the principle of positive displacement. As the lobes rotate, they trap a fixed volume of air or gas and force it out of the blower, creating a steady and continuous flow. This makes them suitable for applications requiring constant air flow.

The main parts of HDSR (shell, end cover, shaft, impeller) are made by CNC machining center. The main outsourcing uses NSK,FAG bearings, famous brand gear, American Gate belt, Taiwan TTO rubber oil seal, which improves the efficiency of the blower and reduces the noise, and extends the service life of the blower to more than 10 years!

8. In the cement manufacturing process, the main application of Roots blower has two aspects:
(1) Pulverized coal transport: Pulverized coal is blown into the combustion furnace by Roots blower for combustion.
(2).Flue gas treatment: A certain amount of gas is generated in the cement production process, which requires flue gas treatment, and Roots blower is one of the core equipment of the flue gas treatment system. It can help move smoke and dust and send the smoke into the electrostatic precipitator for purification.
9. Aquaculture
