1. Frequency conversion and fixed frequency motor differences

Variable frequency motor can change the speed of the motor by adjusting the Hertz of the motor, and change the speed of the Roots blower host by adjusting the speed, so as to control the size of the machine displacement. Constant frequency motor speed is a certain, this can not be adjusted. To change the speed of the main engine, you can only change the diameter of the pulley. The advantage of the inverter is that the air volume regulation is relatively flexible, and it is not so convenient to change the air volume when setting the frequency.


2. Ordinary motor with frequency conversion cabinet adjustment

For ordinary motors, the speed can also be adjusted through the frequency conversion cabinet. In this case, the damage to the ordinary motor will be significant, and the speed of the motor damage will be faster. During operation, different levels of harmonic voltages and currents are generated, which can lead to increased stator copper losses, rotor copper losses (aluminum losses), iron losses and additional motor losses, especially rotor losses. These losses can cause the motor to generate additional heat, reduce efficiency, and reduce output. When a frequency converter is used to run an ordinary motor, the load on the motor becomes greater. When adjusting by frequency converter, it is recommended that the Roots blower motor use a variable frequency motor.


3. Frequency conversion motor needs to be equipped with frequency conversion cabinet
