Root blower overtemperature causes and solutions

Roots blower is a small volume, light weight, low noise blower, because of its unique rotor structure, is widely used in chemical, environmental protection, food, medicine and other industries. There are multiple rotating impellers inside the Roots blower, which compresses air to produce airflow and transport it to where it is needed.

Causes of Root blower overtemperature

During the operation of Roots blower, there will be overtemperature phenomenon for many reasons. Here are a few possible reasons:

1. Oil circuit system failure

There are many lubricating oil routes built into the Roots blower. If the oil system fails, it will lead to poor lubrication, which will increase the friction heat of the Roots blower rotor and eventually cause overtemperature.

2. The load is too large

Roots blower design has a maximum operating load, if it exceeds the design load, it will cause Roots blower to produce too much heat can not be distributed in time, resulting in overtemperature phenomenon.

3. Motor failure

The driving motor of the Roots blower is also an important factor in overtemperature, if there is a motor failure, it will cause the motor to heat, and eventually cause the Roots blower to overheat.
