The steam compressor used by the customer has the following characteristics:
1. The high-strength steam compressor is made of heavy frame and whole cast iron with full CNC precision machining, and precise installation and positioning link
2. All parts are processed in our factory, all by the machining center processing integration, dimensional tolerance is more accurate, bearing position and wall panel is processed to ensure the accurate positioning of bearings
3. The impeller is made of high grade cast iron (or duplex stainless steel, material) processing, using high precision four-axis processing, accurate shape and size, and permanently fixed on the steel shaft.
4. Bearings imported from Japan NSK bearings or Sweden SKF bearings, in the steam compressor continuous operation of the service life of about 26,000 hours of good maintenance can make the operating life longer.
5. A special double mechanical water seal system is used to achieve complete leak-free operation of the steam compressor.
6. The use of double-head lubricating oil tank can better improve the service life of steam compressor bearings and gears, and avoid the shortcomings of the original traditional model using butter lubrication
7. The material is made of cast iron (duplex stainless steel or material), and the cast iron compressor inner cavity is coated with special layers
8. All the motors use variable frequency motors, which can adjust the processing capacity according to the actual processing capacity.
