The high speed magnetic levitation centrifugal blower of SHANDONG HUADONG BLOWER CO.,LTD can well solve the problem of sewage treatment, it is currently the most widely used blower in the cement industry, low noise and pollution-free, energy-saving transformation effect is obvious, has been favored by many enterprises. Recently, a cement company in Paraguay signed a contract with SHANDONG HUADONG BLOWER CO.,LTD for 5 sets of magnetic levitation blowers. Because our high speed magnetic levitation centrifugal blower is light in weight, small in size, touch control, simple in operation, no lubricating oil, no mechanical maintenance, low noise and other characteristics, so they chose our company for this project transformation.
The model used in this renovation project is HMGB300. The air volume is 180m3/min, and the pressure is 90kpa. Magnetic levitation high speed centrifugal blower is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly product based on the application of active magnetic levitation shaft technology and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor technology on the basis of traditional blowers. The active magnetic bearing system is the core system of the magnetic levitation blower, The motor rotor is fixed between two radial magnetic bearings and two axial magnetic bearings, and the position of the rotor is detected by the position sensor to reflect the position signal to the magnetic bearing controller in real time. When the rotor is offset, the controller adjusts the magnetic field force of each degree of freedom of the magnetic bearing according to the offset of the rotor to return the rotor to the correct position. The magnetic levitation blower does not need lubrication, the transported air is clean and pollution-free, the magnetic bearing is completely friction-free, and the blower runs with low noise, which will not affect the surrounding office and living environment.
